Barrington Centre’s Fatigue Management program is developed as a response to the recurring theme of Psychological exhaustion within the Professional workforce as a result of ongoing and compounding events, especially during the last 2 years of living with, and through, the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Fatigue Management program focuses on 3 key steps, employing brief impact methodology to help participants recover from fatigue and build their psychological resilience to cope with future shocks and stressors:
