45‑minute 1:1 discussion with a Barrington psychologist to unpack results and identify target areas of action.
04 | Practical Strategies & Support (based on risk level)
Support is determined by psychological risk identified in assessment outcomes:
- Low–Medium risk: clear ways you can drive change yourself and be supported at work
- High risk: 3 Psychological Risk Mitigation Coaching Sessions with a Barrington psychologist (1:1 virtually) – additional cost for 3 extra sessions
