1.5 million Australians see their doctor about fatigue each year. This has tripled during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The Great Slump” of 2022 is caused by the cumulative impact of living through and with the pandemic over the last 2 years, and workers are reporting prolonged fatigue, lack of motivation/focus, and in some cases, the desire to switch jobs/careers as they look ahead at another year of living with the pandemic and all its uncertainties.
The Fatigue Management Program is tailored to address cumulative and negative stress and trauma, whether as a result of the pandemic or other stressful events, with Barrington Centre seeing a 94% reduction in these impacts, and individuals demonstrating ‘repair’ from distress and increase in their resilience.
