Barrington Centre’s Psychological Well-Being (PWB) program achieves the same objectives as an industry-standard EAP (Employee Assistance Program). However, with the addition of a pre-emptive delivery model to the traditionally reactive model,  PWB allows us to address potential issues/stressors in individuals before they rise to the surface.

PWB is for all staff and their families, to help them with both work and personal issues.

Barrington Centre’s fully integrated Psychological Well Being program delivers Counselling, Crisis Management, and trauma management services that realise these outcomes:
