What we Delivered for EISAI

Barrington Centre supports Eisai Australia and New Zealand with services that include the mitigation of high-risk situations, immediate Manager guidance, Executive Coaching, and counselling for staff through Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Barrington Centre provides regular recommendations and programs based on trends of workplace issues. This specifically involves:

  • Recommendation of a Wellbeing Check-Up program as an approachable, entry-level access to Employee Assistance Program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Outcomes

  • Increase of staff participation in EAP program, resulting in overall better mental health and workplace productivity.
  • Lowering of staff turnover and a decrease in absenteeism
  • Improvement in morale and work culture
