Executive Suite & Leadership Launchpad are recommended for Leaders in Organisations across differing levels of responsibility and challenges.
Audience: Recommended for Leaders & Up-and-coming Leaders in Organisations across all veterinary sectors – large animal, small animal, emergency & specialist centers.
Both Vet Essential Consequence Management (ECM®) Programs are delivered over a four-session program (4 × 1.5 hours) delivered online, designed to support leaders & up-and-coming leaders, in navigating increasing uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
