Peer Advisory League (PAL) is Barrington Centre’s mentorship program for up-and-coming Leaders in the government, non-government, and private sectors. Comprising of baseline and post-program assessment, PAL guarantees measurable outcomes for Participants.
Upon completion of their Baseline assessment, emerging leaders are matched to senior executives from a different discipline to their own, who will best provide guidance, insight and support to their opportunities for development.
