How to lead ourselves and others through increasing uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
Barrington Centre in conjunction with Dr Mark Crosweller AFSM, Ethical Intelligence, is proudly announcing the launch of our New Program –Sustainable Leadership Practice (SLP).
Since 2019, Australia has endured concurrent, compounding and cascading crisis events, with little to no reprieve. This can lead to short-sighted decision-making, as demands for instant solutions increase, which in-turn has negative impact on leaders, as they bear the psychological impacts of these decisions.
At the heart of this complex dilemma, lies an important question. How are leaders preventing psychological injury as well as preparing and sustaining themselves for current and future challenges of crises and disasters, such that they can lead, serve, and protect their workforces to feel safer and more supported?
The SLP Program explores exactly this – How to lead ourselves and others through the increasing uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
An intensive two-day program facilitated by leading specialists Rhonda Andrews and Dr Mark Crosweller AFSM, the SLP is delivered in Canberra throughout 2024.
The program is recommended for Executive Leaders in Public Service Roles (Band 1-3), Private Enterprise and Executives, and NGO Senior Leaders.
